The baseball game that wasn't

Joey won 4 Frisco Roughriders Founder's Member baseball tickets last week from his work. So, Friday we headed out in hopes of watching some good baseball and getting some free food. Well, we got there and as soon as we walked in the park, it started raining. We went straight to the one of the indoor lounges to eat and waited for the rain to stop. After about half an hour, it finally did. Then we went back outside, sat in our seats and waited for almost an hour while they worked on the field. Just as they were about to start playing, we looked up and more storm clouds were coming. They looked slightly tornadic, so we decided to leave. It was getting late and we didn't want to be out in a crazy storm. We found out later that the game did end up getting suspended. It was such a bummer, but we did enjoy the time together. And we got some free food-thats always good, right? Hopefully next time we'll actually get to see some baseball!
Ready to see some baseball! If only we knew...
Waiting with smiles

That's to bad about the game. It sounds Texas is still getting lots of rain. We might need a boat when we get back!!

You have such a good attitude -- time together + free food = a good time. You have the sweetest family! Move back!
