Dinosaurs Alive!

This past weekend we visited the Heard Natural Science Museum & Wildlife Sanctuary for their annual "Dinosaurs Alive!" exhibit. Life-sized animatronic dinosaurs are situated along a 1/2 mile hiking trail. There are also 2 static baby dinosaurs for the kids to climb on and dinosaur themed indoor exhibits. It was really cool!

Cali enjoying the ride

These two weren't animatronic. Just so you don't think we are crazy.

WOW!

Approaching the spitting dinosaur. This picture cracks me up-Ella is running full speed at it, while Aubrey waits behind cautiously:)
The T-Rex was waiting for us at the end. I think it would've been funny if Joey had climbed him and got into his mouth and started screaming "Help!" at the top of his lungs. That would've rocked.

Dax and Jace will love seeing those dinosaurs. We will have to go check them out soon. I love the picture of the girls sitting on the dinosaurs. They look like they had a fun time.

I'm so glad to see you went there and are having so much fun as a family. I think that would have been a really cool picture with Joey in the mouth of the T-REx? not sure if that was the one. Great pics and looks like everyone had a great day. Good!! love nana

Your family is always going fun places! I love it (although my kids are not allowed to see your blog because they will realize how deprived their lives are :) I loved your last comment about Joey & the T-Rex--now that's how we like to roll at the Dinosaur exhibit!

Looks like the kids had a great time. We were going to go last Saturday, but then we realized that if we were going to do a pumpkin patch, it would have to be that instead of the Heard. I think we'll go this Saturday instead. Fun times!
