Thank you Joey for making this choice. I know it wasn't easy, and its going to be a long year and a half, but I love you for doing this. I will be as supportive and helpful as I possibly can. I will always be right by your side. But don't hate me when I'm a little cranky, okay? :) It will only be because I miss you! Its going to be hard for you while you juggle your job, your new calling in the YM presidency, and your family, but I know you can do it. You are an amazing man. I know you are doing this because you love us. We love you very much! Congrats on getting accepted to the MBA program. I know you are going to do great!
So, to celebrate(well, actually to mourn) his last day before another round of school, we all went out to dinner to the California Pizza Kitchen and enjoyed some delicious pizza. We had a fun time together as a family.

Check out Cali's face in this picture. She was eating quite ferociously.

And so it begins...wish Joey luck if you get a chance. Pray for him. ...and pray for me too. :)

Go, Joey! What a good man. Our son Chris (who lives in Grapevine) is starting his MBA in September - so we can relate a little bit. Hang in there -- it will go quickly and the benefits will be huge. (you already know this, I know!) Lots of prayers for you and the fam.
good for joey! and good for you. i'm a complainer. you're such a good sport.
Good luck Joey! And good luck family! Hopefully it goes by quickly!
Good luck Joey, and you too Holly. As you can see, I've got the blog back. :)
Good luck Joey! You are going to do great, especially with a loving wife supporting you.
Hooray for Joey! I hope all goes well for you guys :) And yummmmmy: California Pizza Kitchen! That's how I like to celebrate :)
Thank you honey for the sweet post. I'm so lucky to have you by my side.
Sigh...here's to a year and a half of late nights that will hopefuly pay off some day.
I love you!!!
Yay guys! It will totally pay off. Allen would still be stuck working for Celanese doing a job he hated if it wasn't for his MBA. Only it took him 3 years instead of a year and a half. What a crock. Good luck guys! You are both awesome, you will be able to handle this swimmingly!
Wow Joey you DA MAN! We wish you luck and strength to get through school. Better to do it now and get it done than try and do it 10 years down the road! Peter is graduating the rad tech program in October and then on to more school for him too! All the best to our determined Men. Holly, all the best to you holding down the home front while Joey edumicated hisself!
that is so great! we can testify that getting a grad degree is worth the time. you will be so happy in the end. besides being a single mom isn't so bad when you know it is only for a little bit longer. you can do it holly...especially after 8 years. congrats!
