Just a few minutes down the road is an awesome park with a splash pad. I love it for so many reasons. First, it has a splash pad. What is better than that in the summertime? I also love that its close, its free, its not too big, and its usually not too crowded. We went there for the first time this year a few days ago and the kids had a blast playing in the water and at the park. The girls remembered this place from last year, but to Cali, it was all new. She had so much fun and is a girl that definitely loves to get wet! She just walked around getting sprayed in the face and clapping her hands the whole time. It was so cute to watch how happy she was. Ella ran around the whole time screaming and laughing. Aubrey sort of skipped with her eyes squinched and her hands up to her face. She had fun, but doesn't like her face to get too wet:) I love how these kids are all so different! They each have their own unique personalities thats for sure.
Water fun pics!
Aubrey & Ella decided to pretend this little airplane was a rollercoaster and screamed throughout the duration of their flight

I'm in love with that!

Which park is this? I love the skirted suit there too!
That's so funny how different the girls all are. Cute pictures.
nicole-its aviator park in the virginia hills neighborhood. you guys should check it out!
I love these pictures. Cali's swimsuit is so cute. Aubrey and
Ella are too cute on that airplane what a great imagination. I love this song by Natasha Bedingfield it's on a playlist I learned to put together it's a happy song, I love the words. I feel coool just watching the girls cooling down. I can see why you'd want to take them there alot Happy Summer Days.
Whoohoo! love a good splash pad. I agree with everyone Cali's suit is SO cute! I love the little skirt. Kaitlin's has a skirt this year and I am beside myself I'm so happy.
What fun and what CUTE girls. I reminds me so much of when my 3 girls were little. Wow, how did mine grow up so fast? Where does time go? Enjoy every minute while you've still got them at home.
I sent you an email. We'd be happy to have you stay with us when you are in CA. if that would work out for you. If not, I hope that we can at least meet each other. I'd love to see those cute girls in person....and you too of course
p.s. I meant to say "It reminds me"....not "I reminds me".... oh well
We will be enjoying the splash pad a lot this year too. I'm so glad the boys like to play in the splash pad this year. I love the picture of Cali checking out her shadow. Her swimsuit is way cute!
I love that park, I always forget that it is there. I should take the kids there one of these days, but Paige hates being sprayed so she may cling to me and cry the whole time. I love the picture of Cali and her shadow- so cute.
That looks so fun! I wish we had more splash pads here in SLC! That looks great :)
I can't wait for our splash park to open. It's still too cold...
Parks with water fixtures are the best! Savy loves going to the one close to our house. Aubrey looks so grown up!
I'm jealous that it's warm enough for you to do those kinds of things. I would freeze if we put swimsuits on and got wet. Avery starts swim lessons next week in an outdoor pool and I'm wondering if I need to buy her a wet suit or something.
Tons of fun - how great to have it so close.
the girls all have such beautiful smiles! looks like you guys had a blast. we'll have to be doing that sometime soon. much easier than taking them to the pool.
SSHhhhhh...you aren't supposed to tell people about it! The less people who know, the less crowded it is!! it was pretty bare today...nice!
