4 princesses in a castle

First of all, turn your volume on for the best 16 seconds of your life.

Ok, now that you've done that, you can continue to read my post.....so my sister, Tara, came to visit yesterday.Yippee! The girls and I loved having her over for the morning and afternoon. We hung out, watched the girls at swimming lessons, and then went out to lunch. While she was here she also spent some time in the royal castle with the girls. This castle has become a lifesaver! I had forgotten about it until the other day. I brought it downstairs and Cali was in heaven. She loves to just sit in there and play with her sisters. Sometimes she chills in there by herself -its so cute! Its also a great place to stick her when I need to do the dishes or laundry:) She is going through that phase where she sometimes gets mad, cries and follows me to where I am going and wants me to hold her 24/7(which is of course impossible). She has been especially clingy the past couple of weeks. Well, now, I just plop her in the castle and shes happy for quite a while(and in those few minutes I rush to do as many things as I possibly can!) She'll bring toys in there and play with them. Its like her own little hideout. Is that horrible of me? Of course not. Whats wrong with letting a felt castle babysit your child? Come on! :)

Here are the princesses enjoying their time in their castle, while the littlest princess chews part of a shoe...how proper of her.

And Cali also showed her scrunchy face to Tara in person. She has perfected it even more and has managed to scrunch her nose so much that you can no longer see her eyes:) She was being such a ham yesterday...

Thanks for visiting Tara! We had fun hanging out with ya!

Wow I so remember that castle. Too cool. Cali is just too cute. I can hardly wait to see her face she makes it looks so cute. Priness' Aubrey, Ella and Tara look quite royal.

Your girls are such little princesses that they seem right at home in a castle.

Good grief can Aunt Tara come visit us? We are in the mood to play princess and follow it up with a walmart outing.

It sounds like you had a fun day. I wish I could have been there. It brings back memories when you and Tara were little and you used to play with your brother Mark in our Pound Puppy tent. Good Times!!

Love, MOM

Sometimes I still scrunch up my face when I laugh though it's mostly just my nose now. So from one scrunchy-faced girl to another, you are one cutie Cali!

Hang on: I thought it was the prince who was in the castle holding on to the stray shoe. I guess this must be a modern reinterpretation.

Reminds me of my sisters--I have 5 & we most certainly played in 'our' version of a castle. :)
