The love between a baby and her spoon

Cali is finally doing something with her spoon besides taking one bite with it and then throwing it across the room or painting her face the color of her yogurt. She is actually taking several bites with it now-yea! Okay, okay, so mostly she likes to stick it in her mouth, bite on it really hard and make us all laugh, but still, its progress! And she looks pretty darn cute doing it if I do say so myself.

Yea!!! I love when kids actually start somewhat using utensils...of course Trey still prefers his hands even now. Good job Cali! Looks like you're becoming a pro. Maybe that means it's time for a baby brother or sister. :)

Of course, in countries where people use mainly their hands, even grown-ups can look cute when using utensils. Or awkward. Take your pick. Have you got photos of the kids trying to negotiate their first burgers that are way too big for their mouths?

Can she get any cuter?!! It is fun to see them learn new things and do things by themselves.

Thanks for posting these kinds of pictures it helps us to see our grandkids in their cute selves. Cali has such a cute personality, actually I love all their personalities. Too cute, can't wait to see her in about six days.

That Cali looks like a lovely little charecter! I think she is adorable! Oh, how I wish my kids were still young and that I could cuddle them again. They grow up far too quickly!

she sure hams it up for the camera. I am sure she is like that all the time, but I love how she keeps it up with the camera out!
