Little Mama

Aubrey is such a good big sis. The other day I saw her and Ella on the couch reading together. And what I saw was Ella actually reading! I have worked with Ella this year on letters and sounds, but really hadn't delved into getting her to try and read yet. Aubrey did it for me! :) I am amazed that just in the past couple of weeks with some help from Aubrey and I, she is reading A LOT now! We are so proud of you Ella! And thank you Aubrey for getting her started. You have helped her so much! Your little sisters are so lucky to have you. You are a good little Mama:)

Note: I had to break this up into two posts because every time I try to add text to the post with the photobucket video, it messes up the video to where it is blank and won't play. Anyone know how to do a photobucket video with text?

So cute! Josh picked up reading somewhere too! I have no idea where, we've worked on letters, but not reading. It's pretty amazing, those little brains!

Ella I am proud of you learning to read. Aubrey you are certainly a great teacher. Maybe you will grow up to be a school teacher like I was. We need good teachers in our schools.

Holly, I think it's just wonderful that your little girls are so helpful to each other. Way to go Aubrey for being such a good teacher and to Ella for being such a good student, and to Holly and Joey for being such wow parents...oh and lets not forget Cali! You all just GO!

One of the best parts of having multiple children! Sometimes they do make our lives a little easier and it melts my heart when moments like this happen :)

Yeah, I like how the older teaches the younger one to do stuff. Well, as long as it is good stuff! Go Aubrey & Ella!
