Back!

Many of you either emailed or commented on my blog asking how I was and if I was okay-you guys are so sweeeeet! I should've posted where I was going before I went! But I just didn't have time. I'm okay, don't worry:)

So, Cali and I have been on a mini-vacay to Utah to visit my BFF, Laura. This was an early birthday gift from Joey to me. (Thank you Joey-I love you!!! Also thanks to Melissa and Sheri for helping with the older girls while I was gone. You guys are awesome!) Laura and I have been best buds since the 6th grade! We make sure to see each other at least every couple of years. I'm so glad we are still the greatest friends after all these years. She is beautiful, HILARIOUS, and a sweet and loyal friend. I don't know what I'd do without her in my life. When we talk on the phone or get to see each other, its like we've never been apart. We still act like teenagers and talk about the stupidest stuff. I love it! We are always laughing together.

Holly & Laura: 1994. I look scary in this picture. I know. The braces are beautiful. Also sidenote: that was my hand, not Laura's.

Holly & Laura: 2008

Good times. We really haven't changed much as far as craziness goes:)

She now has a beautiful family-an awesome husband, who I FINALLY got to meet this week(he was serving in Iraq when I visited last) and two gorgeous and sweet children, Savannah & Brig. Aren't they a handsome lot?

The Hirschi Family
I'll post more pics from the trip when I get the rest from her(so hurry it up Laura!) :) I just wanted to post so you, my loyal readers, know where I've been and that I'm okay! I'm better than okay-I'm great! I just got to hangout with one of my most favoritest people in the world!

Laura, like the music from the Fox and the Hound soundtrack? I'm the fox and your the ugly hound though, okay? !) LOL

I was a little worried myself when I saw no posts and I didn't see you on Saturday- I thought you might be feeling sick. Congrats on being prego btw, I am so excited for you. You are a pro at the mom thing- me, I need a little more time before I throw another kid into the crazy mix.

You and Laura have always been a silly pair! You guys had so much fun being crazy and I still remember you guys spending hours coming up with ideas for your own crazy, funny home videos. Good Times! I'm glad you got to go visit her and her sweet family. Thanks Joey for being such a great hubby!!

This has to be my all time favorite blog, but that could have to do with the fact that it centered around me!jk I am so glad you were able to come out and spend a few days with me and my family and finally meet Peter (thanks for your approval btw)Thank you Joey for making it possible for Holly to hang out with me and thanks to Aubrey and Ella for sharing your mom! Cali is so sweet and beautiful. She has the most gorgeous eyes. Can't wait to see you again when I can escape from my fam for a trip to Texas.

It is so sweet that you have so many blogging buddies that were concerned about you when you hadn't posted anything for a few days!

Good times for you. I love the song that came on as I was reading this section of your blog. "Best of Friends" from the Fox and the Hound. Laura looks great and I think a little supervision is in order for those two little munchkins~hmmmm. Joey, padlocks and boarding school, j/k. Cute to see the kids playing together. Aubrey and Ella looked like they had a great time with daddy as well. Joey your the best and I have to admit I do believe you take after your daddy.
