Ella loves her preschool! And I love it too!

Ella absolutely loves going to preschool and wishes she could go every day! She has a great teacher, Ms. Stephanie, and great little friends. I love the atmosphere and how friendly and loving all of the staff is. I also love the curriculum, parent involvement and the field trips they get to go on. For example, today I was the "Mystery Reader." Parents sign up to come in the last 15 minutes of class to read a couple of books to the kids. The kids close their eyes and the lights are turned out while you go and sit in the reading chair. Then the teacher tells them to open their eyes and then they are surprised with whose mommy or daddy came. Ella was thrilled that it was me today:) The smile on her face when she saw me is a smile I will never forget:) I am so happy with Little Saints School!

So, her school pictures came in today. Don't worry Grandparents and Aunts, when Aubrey's comes in, I'll send you some! They turned out super cute. I scanned them illegally and here they are! :)

As I've mentioned, one of Ella's favorite things about school are the field trips. Here are pictures from the school pumpkin patch trip they took last week. I missed it while in Chicago:( , but thankfully Melissa took some pics of the kids and sent them to me.

They picked the pumpkins from a real patch! Isn't that cool?

Ella and her buddy Dax

They were able to feed goats

And go on a hayride

And take a class pic! Looks like a fun time Ella! Thanks again Melissa for taking such great pics and sharing them with me!

She looks so pretty in her school picture. Ethan has his first field trip tomorrow and he is so excited. They are going to the Asbury Church to learn about the different kind of pumpkins and they also get to pick a pumpkin.

Doing illegal things, Holly? Tut-tut. I won't tell your Bishop, though. I'll leave it to you. Nice photos, though.

So fun! I know that Natalie feels the same way about Maya and her preschool too. There just isn't anything better than having them in a safe, fun place where they love to be and learn to love learning.

That was so sweet about the reading time. I'm glad you got the chance to light up Ella's day. Nothing better than having your mother be the great surprise ~ kids love that kind of stuff!

Shame on you for illegally scanning those pictures, lol. Love the pictures, they're very cute. And that was neat that you got to go to Ella's school and read to them. :)

Ella's the cutest girl in class! That was a neat background they had too. You're right, I think it was okay to scan it!

Who wouldn't love pre-school when you get to do such fun things. Education is never as much fun as pre-school...until you get to Grad School (hey, some of them pay you to go!).
