Making cookies for Santa(and ourselves)

On our "Christmas Eve"(we did our Christmas a couple of days early here at home), we were busy busy making and decorating sugar cookies for Santa. Its one of the kids favorite traditions! After we finish, we each pick our favorites to put on the Santa plate. And then, of course, we eat a few ourselves. They were delicious! I know Santa loved them:)
Ella had a blast using her new kid size baking set. This was one of her favorite birthday gifts.

We get very serious with cookie decorating over at our house.

Oh, hey Dad!

Joey's workin his mad decorating skillz.

The plate full of cookies, with a side of milk, waiting by the fireplace for the big man.

Stay tuned for more Christmas catch-up posts. I know you can hardly contain your excitement! :)

Hey Holly! That looks like so much fun. I can't wait until Catalina is old enough to do that kind of stuff with.

They look beautiful and yummy. I wish that I could have some. I was so busy this year that I didn't get around to making sugar cookies and I love them....somehow with 19 visiting I stayed too busy.

I hope that you had a great holiday. We did. I am glad to have my Dell fixed so I can visit you again. I send love and wishes for a happy new year. Grammy

Your cookies look beautiful and yummy, but the best thing of all is you built another memory together and that is priceless!!

That's something I missed out on this year, making sugar cookies. And I LOVE them so much, luckily you guys had a few left over to bring over to the house. They were yummy.
