Look how teeny they are! I wish I had taken a before picture of the actual shrinky dinks to compare:( Oh well. They were originally at least 3 times that size. So just imagine.
The Shrinky Dink kits came with things you can accesorize. Aubrey made a little keychain for her lunchbox and decorated a little purse.
Ella attached ALL of hers on one little denim cowgirl pouch. Shes an all or nothin kinda gal.

Those shrinky things are so cool. All kids love them. Even 49 year old kids :)
I'm glad they had fun making them! It's really cool that they can use them to accessorize things. I was excited when I saw them at Target. It reminds me of the good ole days too when you and Tara used to make them.
those look like fun! i never had the pleasure as a kid, but i might have to grab some for the kids to do - and to fill in the gaps in my childhood. :)
How fun! I loved those, iron-ons, and those foam animals that dissolved out of a pill (whatever they're called).
Total blast from the past! I love it and it looks like your girls did too!
I love making those. I forgot all about them. I will have to try it sometime with Callie... Thanks for the great idea!
I remember doing shrinky dinks with my sister when we were little. Fun times!
The ones I remember making were The Smurfs. Those were so much fun, I loved them. Glad your girls got to experience the joy of shrinky "dinkies"!
I remember those, we actually do them here at this house too, my kids love them, and me too!
What great times! Shrinky Dinks were awesome. Go Grandma!
Ohh, I always wanted Shrinky Dinks when I was a kid. Looks like the girls really enjoyed them!
Haha, oh that is so cute, I love how they used them to accessorize!
