Mommy needs to keep a better eye on me

I should know by now that when the house is too quiet, mischief is afoot. . .
Yep, Cali got into the markers AND stamps, which actually are in a child-proof cabinet. Big sis Ella had a secret stash somewhere, obviously secret to me, but not to Cali! I love how she decided to color her upper lip as if the marker was lipstick. It actually turned out looking like this kid was beat up:) I couldn't help but laugh.
I know, I know, taking pictures of this is only encouraging it, but how could I not??
A day and two baths later, you can barely see the marks, but yep, they are still there.

Mark my words, it will happen 1000 more times. That is so cute. I love that she saw herself as an open canvas.

My youngest daughter (who is now a nurse) once coloured her older sister's face (yep the World Class Gold Medalist) with a black permanent marking pen. My oldest daughter was white blonde at the time and it looked horrendous. Thick black coloured in eye brows, a moustache, long black eyelashes . . . I could not get it off for weeks. And I tried everything (including comet) She ended up having to go to school that way until it finally wore off. I was not a happy bunny. Your Cali looks so sweet though!

Oh my.... they will eventually come off... I hope so at least... she is too young for a tatoo.

How is the floor looking?

I am glad that you got good pictures. You can put them on her wedding slideshow at her reception.

I am sending love. Must run... I am out of here. Grammy
