Spinach feta pitas

The other day I decided to try out a new dinner idea-its my own variation of this recipe from Allrecipes.com. I say its a variation because I didn't measure out amounts, I just topped it however I wanted and I also didn't use sun-dried tomato pesto, I just used regular basil pesto. It tasted SOOOOO GOOD! All 5 of us devoured these puppies. Its easy, very healthy(and it also looks pretty too!).
Here are the ingredients I used: whole wheat pita breads, regular pesto, roma tomatoes, fresh mushrooms, feta & parmesan cheeses, and fresh spinach.
Spread the pesto.

Add toppings of your choice(I think black olives or even grilled chicken would also be wonderful).

Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is golden.

Dinner for 5 served. Serve with a salad to round out the meal. These would also make amazing appetizers or snacks. Enjoy!
