A Summer crafty day

One morning I was at Michael's with the girls and we saw these cute ceramic bobble head animals that we had to buy. A little over a buck a piece and really adorable. I thought we'd spend the day doing something crafty since most of our summer had been spent at the pool. The girls had so much fun picking out paint colors and bringing their little creatures to life.

Here they are hard at work....

And here they are proud of their finished products...notice that the paint somehow managed to get on Cali's face too:)
Meet Mr. Elephant

Aubrey and her cute little blue pony

Ella and her purple teddybear(purple is her favorite color!)

It was really fun to watch them work so meticulously on this little project. They did a great job!

That looks like so much fun! I used to paint ceramic little snowmen for my grandmother at Christmas time. If I had more time, I'd probably do it all year long. The girls did a great job!

Great job for sure by all. I think its great that they each have their own little project and did a beautiful color scheme.

You're right, those are adorable. I especially love that cute little elephant's trunk.

Cute little artists! Cali is pretty darn good for her age - when I let Brig do that kind of stuff the project is recognizable in the end!
